Does anyone know how to use crashplan on unraid. It wants to only backup the root folder. I want to back up the data.

on the first page, backup tab, second section on the right has 2 areas: Destinations, and files. Specify what files you want backed up there. Click the change button, scroll down to mnt>user and check the files you want.

That should backup everything?

you specify what it is you want backed up by clicking it with the checkmark. if you want everything backed up, select it all or the highest folder containing all the data you want backed up.
