I know this might be a stupid question, but I want to make sure before I start my upgrade...

 

The upgrade from 5.x notes says to not use the upgrade plugin if you have a version before 5.0 beta 6. It also has reference to running a permissions tool if you are running a version prior to 5.0 release candidate 9. My version listed on the main page simply says 5.0.5. Is that beta 5, release candidate 5, or is that a fully-release stable version after any of the beta or release candidates?
