Lost Network and web interface access. Please help.

The server has been up and running solid for over 6 months now and running the newest version. Just out of the blue the server disappears from my network and I can't access the GUI by typing in the IP address in the browser. I pinged it and it said non responsive from the computer I always access it from. I also did a tracert command and my gateway also said it was unreachable. So I though it might be either a network cable issue or NIC issues. I checked the back and the power signal light and data lights are blinking in the NIC. So it's not a connectivity issue. I installed Unraid on another flash drive and booted from that and it gave me the IP address of 254.192.99.180 to access which still didn't work. I instantly thought it was ARP with that address. So now I'm at a loss. I have no idea what it could be and I have no logs to show. I put the original flash drive back in and now i'm running a memtest.

Connect up a monitor and keyboard to the server.  Login and type  diagnostics at the command line.  That will write the Diagnostics File to your flash drive.  Upload that file with your next post.

You can also try rebooting the entire network -- router, switches, etc.  Most of these contain a small dedicated computer running Linux and sometimes a reboot will clear out a glitch.  Don't rule out a bad cable or defective port on a switch either until you have swapped them out.  (I have had 'Green' ports not want to wake-up.)

That is a public IP address, which will cause problems with unraid. What is your network topology? (connections to routers, switches, modems, etc)
