I replaced some bad hard drives and when it was done I had no share folders.  I checked the individual drives and the sub-directory are there but when I go to add a share it respond that it was deleated

No evident file system issues, use the Fix Common Problems plugin, on the tools tab run Docker Safe New Permissions to make sure all permission are correct.
