March 23, 201016 yr OK so I have a borrowed XP laptop here and extracted the syslinux file to the c: drive (on the desktop) but can't get it to run.. I select it and click start then go to run but it won't run?
March 23, 201016 yr - move the syslinux to your c:\ drive in my computer - go to start menu -> run -> type cmd - in the cmd (dos) window type c:\syslinux.exe -ma f: (make sure f: is your usb drive check under my computer for drive letter) - once finished copy over files from the zip more info here
March 23, 201016 yr Author Ok how do I get the command line (to enter c:\) to copy or move the file. I only get a drop down menu that gives me a list of place to move it to?
