UNRAID can not start web gui

Featured Replies

On both of my devices, UNRAID can not start web gui, but ssh can log in.
I tried 6.24 and 6.32 version, web gui mode can not open the web configuration page

GUI mode gives you a GUI console with firefox browser to access the webUI.

But in the GUI mode firefox browser, but also can not open the web gui page

please explain how you are attempting to access the web gui.

Same problem here. No access to the web interface, remotely or in the gui mode. I do have internet access though.

I follow the steps of the official youtube video, very standard

When you boot in the non-GUI mode, do you get a login prompt on the console monitor?  If you do, login and enter  diagnostics  at the command line prompt. That will write the diagnostics file to your Flash Drive.  Upload that file with your next post.

IF you don't get the login prompt, describe exactly what you see on the monitor or (better yet) take a picture of that screen. (Make sure that it is in focus, not blurry and does not have a 'flash blob' concealing the text!)

NOTE to master fx  ---- You would be better served if you posted your issue (it may not have the same solution of as the OP) in a new thread.  Of course, you can follow along but it sometimes makes it confusing when trying to help two folks with a similar problem with different solutions in the same thread...

You apparently have some issue with your preparation of the flash drive, since it cannot find the device labeled UNRAID.
