Web GUI frequently locking up / unclean powerdown

Featured Replies

I am having frequent web GUI lockups.  No idea what is causing them but it happens every few days and my browser will just keep spinning saying "waiting for tower".  If I log in and try the power down script the tower will not shut down.  The only way I am ever able to get my GUI back is to do a hard powerdown, power back on, and do a parity check.  The last time it happened was 5-6 days ago.  Its getting very irritating.  I have a new flash drive I want to migrate to, and 4 more GB of RAM to install.  I am seriously considering a fesh install of UnRaid (but retain data) and trying that.  I used to never have problems and have up-times that ranged months.  Not I can't get more than a few days.  I rand diagnostics from TelNet and am posting the log prior to shutdown.  Thanks

I would put fix common problems into troubleshooting mode (more information gets logged).  Then when it happens again, either run the diagnostics again from telnet / putty, or post up /boot/log/FCPsyslog_tail.txt and the last diagnostics file generated.

No obvious problems in your posted diagnostics

Will do. Thanks

Well, it's been 2 weeks now and no issue since placing in troubleshooting mode (I have added 4 more GB of memory for a total of 8 now).  IDK if the additional RAM helped or it's just a fluke.  Will probably upgrade to 6.3.3 and shutdown and remove some unassigned devices here soon.  I will skip placing it into troubleshooting mode unless this happens again.  Thanks, Andrew
