Just finished the build of an Unraid server. While Parity-Sync/Data-Rebuild is in progress I can see the server in the network but when opening it in explorer I can see olny the Usb stick. Is that normal? In the picture bellow GEORGE is the Unraid server. No hard disks, only the Usb boot stick.

Thanks

Doesn't look like you have created any share yet.

Oh God I'm so dumb. Thank you very much. Guess I have to create a share then.

Is there a way to see the different drives though?

You can enable disk shares within the UI, but its generally not recommended to do so, as if you move files between disk shares and user shares then you can corrupt the files.

Don't mess with the files on the individual drives until you have read through and thoroughly understand this topic.

Some of us choose to manage our files on the individual drives, but if you don't understand what can happen and why, it's too much of a risk with no real gain, so disk shares are disabled by default.

The title of the thread is not quite accurate, it's not really a "Bug", it's just the way file systems work when you have two different paths to access the same file.

I understand.

Thank you all!
