I have a question, some of my folder as per pic show that some of all files unprotected.

What should I do about that?

It means that some or all of the files in that share are on your cache drive and you don't have a cache pool.

Normally this would be handled automatically by mover (which defaults to running overnight in the early hours).

Depends things like your docker appdata and VM vdisks you probably want them to live on your cache drive for performance reasons.
