If you are using an Intel based processor and want to do virtualization and run unRAID 6.3.2 beware as it mentions "Marvel" in the description.  I would check the chipset and make sure that it will work on 6.3.2+.  If you don't do virtualization then I believe it should work well by turning off any virtualization in your bios.  I have a Marvel 9230 controller on my MB and I cannot use it even when passed through to a VM and I do use virtualization with my MB.
