Hi everyone,

I tried to connect to my server this morning and I can log in via telnet but the web portal is not viewable and I cannot connect to the drives. I unfortunately restarted the computer and it didn't help but I do have the syslog after the restart. Would that be helpful to provide? Is there anything that I should scrape out of the log before I post it on the internet?

Thanks!

If you grabbed the syslog manually, then your share names, etc may be listed within it (along with possibly email addresses if it sent anything out)

Safest to SSH and then diagnostics and then upload the entire file - its already been run through an anonymizer.  (And diagnostics are always preferred over a syslog anyways)

type in diagnostics.  It'll get saved to the flash (/logs folder)

You can't hit the UI by going to 192.168.1.123 in a browser?

Right it says that https://192.168.1.123 refused to connect.

Thanks so much, that allowed me to log into the web portal!

Oh that's good to know, I'll have to keep an eye out for that.
