Hello,

i was able to install Win98 SE as unraid VM, i even GPU passthrough of Geforce 7950 PCI-E and USB (except Safe mode, where i have to use VNC connection) are working, but i need Audio and Network.

 

  In my device manager, after some trick with change PnP bios device to PCI bus, i have few uknow devices. I wonder if there are:

1) NetKVM driver for Windows 98 any other option for networking? I have tried PCI Intel NIC, but i wasnt able to passthrought it (it wasnt PCI devices list - for passthrought.)

2) Audio driver, i have tried to add PCI Soundcard - SB Live and SB Audigy 2 - but they werent in PCI devices list - for passthrought.

 

 Solution could be maybe USB LAN and USB Soundcard, but it need additional HW.

 

   Otherwise Win98 are blazing fast.
