Poor "upload" network speeds

My problem is that when I'm running Speedtest on UnRaid I'm getting around 60-70 mbps download and 10 mbps upload. If I run the same speed test on my Mac or PC on the same network/router I get 70-80 mbps download and 50-60 upload. The poor upload speeds results in me not being able to use my Plex server remote, it just buffers for ages. I have a Gigabit NIC from Intel and a great i5-6500 CPU and ASUS Motherboard. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot and see where the bottleneck is? Does VM Management service have anything to do with it? I have disabled it but that's about it.
