March 30, 20179 yr Hey all, this is a follow up of my old Thread: http://lime-technology.com/oldforum/index.php?topic=54355.0 I was able to track down the Problem to some Apple-specific xattrs saved by Pages, Sync is unable to store them in the Filesystem and creates these helperfiles. For Reference: https://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/204754729-Alt-Streams-and-Xattrs-in-Sync the content of one of these Folders doesnt look very specific, so why does unRAID keep trying to delete them? March 31, 20179 yr Author Found this Topic at getsync.com where someone had the same problem - but they told them unRaid should support xattrs since v5.0b10?! https://forum.resilio.com/topic/30652-trying-to-sync-itunes-files-and-getting-errors-in-comapplefinderinfo/#comment-86863 also I've looked if the errormessage he has are present in my logs - they are: Mar 29 09:34:59 unRAID shfs/user: err: shfs_setxattr: lsetxattr: com.apple.metadata:_kMDItemUserTags /mnt/cache/…/AFile.pages (95) Operation not supported so… is this a Bug in Sync or shfs/unRAID? Is there anything @limetech can/should do?
