Good deal at 40€ each, more than 10 available, can be crossflashed  to LSI 9211-8i, nice heat-sink, looks to me that they run noticeably cooler than the Dell H310.

 

Warning: The Dell H310 and IBM 1015 are much easier to crossflash, I got 2 of these and although they looked exactly the same, one crossflashed easily while the other was a PITA, had to use 3 different computers, DOS, UEFI and multiple tries, so buy at your own risk.
