Docker to see which apps are accessing which drives

So this is a really stupid question, but I saw a docker container that shows which applications are accessing drives, letting you know why certain drives are spinning up.  However, like an idiot, I didn't install it or pin it, and now I can't find it again.  

 

Does this ring a bell to anyone?

    Not a docker, a plugin. There are 2 plugins which might be useful, Open Files and File Activity. You can get them from Community Applications.
