April 12, 20179 yr My server is now not loading the GUI. I managed to download diagnostics before clicking to take the array offline, but that prompted the GUI to fail loading so I don't know if the array is online or offline at this point. Is there a way to tell from the command line? I am logged into the server I just can't load the GUI. I just accessed shares, so I assume the array is still online. I've attached my diagnostics. This all started when my Sonarr docker wouldn't load properly. I then tried restarting it, shutting it down, all of which lead to prolonged browser loads and then back to the docker page and it was still running. Diags attached. tower-diagnostics-20170411-2158.zip

Is there a way to tell from the command line? ls /mnt/ Should be no folders within it if the array is offline Some strange network settings which may or may not explain your problems Apr 10 20:50:59 Tower root: Fix Common Problems: Error: Unable to communicate with GitHub.com (could possibly be your gateway address) /boot/config/network.cfg GATEWAY="192.168.111.20" While not impossible (especially, if you are running a pfSense VM / box, usually its set to the IP of your router. Also strange that you've got 2 DNS servers on your local network. DNS_SERVER1="192.168.111.224" DNS_SERVER2="192.168.111.225" with a backup to google's DNS service
April 12, 20179 yr Author All those network settings are correct. I don't know what was wrong with the box, it became unresponsive and I guess I got impatient and I hard reset it. It came up ok and I canceled the parity check but the Sonarr was doing weird things again although I finally think I got it to calm down and behave. Very strange. I am not running a pfsense box btw.
