March 31, 201016 yr Still new here to unraid. just spent a good hour trying to make unrar work on the machine, but just cant get it to work. i installed it fine using unmenu's package manager and when i telnet into the unraid box i can get unrar -help, but that's where i get lost lol. i found the command as well To extract files from an archive maintaining paths use "unrar x archive.rar" but i dont know how to use it with my directorys all my torrents are being downloaded to /mnt/cache/.torrents/complete/ and will reside under "complete" obviously when they are done. now how do i go about extracting everything that is inside the "complete" folder with unrar what i was wondering how hard would it be just to create a user script that would show up on the unmenu page and when clicked, it will extract everything in the "complete" folder. maybe even install unrar first if it is not installed?? i dont even know where to start
