Cache drive failed and my docker appdata was lost

Heads up, I'm a noob. I just installed last week. Be gentle.

 

I get why/how something like this could happen. But I don't want to go through the setup process on all of my dockers after each SSD failure. What is the best way to configure dockers to gain the speed of cache drives with a little redundancy for drive failure?

    3. Adjust your preference.
