Started to get this message from FCP plugin.

Diagnostics file attached.

As it turns out it seems that the CPU temp is going over the threshold, did check the CPU fan and it's working OK.

Also the time the temp is going over and comes back to normal is the same:

Its definitely not a false positive, as your CPU temp is going above threshhold, and the CPU is throttling itself down so as to not cause a mini-Chernobyl in your computer.  Whether or not you want to increase your cooling or just live with the fact that you're running like that is up to you.

Thanks, I'll do some "hardware" adjustments and see if this is going away.

After changing the heat-sink and the fan the problem seems to be gone for more than three weeks now. I'll consider this closed for now.
