Dockers gone missing!

Featured Replies

Hey guys i need some serious help, so i was watching something on Plex and all of sudden it started to show some connectivity issues so i just restarted the docker and but after that, according to docker logs it was stuck at starting Plex Media server so what i did was i rebooted my unraid server but now after rebooting and starting my unraid array, all of dockers have gone missing.

Even the docker page wasn't loading properly.

So then i tried to stop the unraid array but now it stuck at unmounting drives.

I know we are supposed to send diagnostics as well but i really can't as it is stuck on unmounting drives and now because of that i can't even access the web gui.

Please if anyone knows how to fix this then please help me.

Maybe a bad Cache-Drive? Dockers are normaly installed on the cache-drive, so check it if its ok.

Sans diagnostics, it's only guesses.  Mine right now is that your cache drive dropped offline (cabling?).  Because of that, the system is having a conniption trying to unmount the drives.

Either sit it out and see what happens or do a hard reset and see what's going on when it comes back alive

Actually it's test rig to check out whether unraid will good for me or not so no parity or cache drivers are installed.

Ner result is the same.  Probably your data drive dropped offline (cabling?).  Diagnostics after boot might show some answers.  Hard to say...

As far i remember before  stoping the unraid array it was showing all my data drives online.

I guess i will have to hard reboot my system now.

One little question should i grab diagnostics after running the array or before running the array after restarting my server.

After starting the array... (Actually, let it run for a while before grabbing them)

Okay so this is how the docker page loading up now after hard rebooting and starting unraid array.Capture.thumb.PNG.c00333427f6e5ee7fe67941ee45472be.PNG

after that i tried to look for errors with the help of fix common problem plugin and the result is down below--

Capture1.thumb.PNG.3ec09eaed2118af650618bb43bffe5fa.PNG

and as you said i let it run for a while before grabbing diagnostics.

i tried increasing the size of docker image thinking that this might fix the docker part of errors but after increasing size of docker image i did a hard reboot but still nothing has changed except that fix common problem plugin didn't find any errors this time but the docker problem is still the same, dockers are still missing and docker page is still not loading  properly.

I need some help.

Docker image is corrupt, delete and recreate.

Also, there are ATA errors on disk1, probably what corrupted docker, try replacing both cables since SMART looks fine.

Can't help with Plex, better to post in the support thread for that docker.
