Docker engine keeps breaking

Recommended Posts

I'm pretty new to unraid and only set up my server last week. Everything seems to be working except for the fact that periodically the dashboard becomes blank, export is enabled on all my shares and they are all set to not use the cache and docker becomes disabled (although my dockers still seem to work).

When I go to my docker settings I see this error message (all see screenshots attached).

Warning: parse_ini_file(/boot/config/docker.cfg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 39

If I reboot my server everything returns to normal but the same thing seems to happen within a day or so. I'm not quite sure what's going on and I find it hard to isolate when it is happening as I'm not sure what I'm looking for in the logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try different USB port, USB2 usually more reliable then USB3, or get a new flash drive.

Thanks Johnnie for replying so quickly!

My usb drive is currently in the usb socket on the motherboard (not the I/O panel) which is USB 3.0 so I'll try switching it over to one of the USB 2.0's.The drive itself is a Lexar Jumpdrive (amazon uk link) which is on the Lime Tech recommended list so I'm hoping that's not the issue.

I'll let you know if switching usb sockets works, fingers crossed.
