April 29, 20179 yr I had this error before and just deleted the docker image and reinstalled. This did the trick. Its now a few days later and am having the same problem. All my docker apps are stalling. CA Appdata Backup did run this morning. Maybe that caused an issue? I have attached the log of one of my docker apps.

April 29, 20179 yr Community Expert Server was recently rebooted and don't see nothing out of the ordinary, if there are more issues in the future grab the diagnostics before rebooting.
April 30, 20179 yr Author I have left the server running over night and am having the same problems. Also, my user shares have dissapeared. Something very weird going on here. tower-diagnostics-20170430-1057.zip
