Proper way to move docker apps

Hello.  I've got my docker apps installed in .folder name in my /cache folder initially.  I found out later on that it's better to create a proper folder name and use setting "cache drive only" so as not to move the apps to array when mover script runs.  Unfortunately, my settings are already ok, and I don't want to mess it up.  How do I move them properly to a folder with "cache drive only" ticked.

 

Is there a proper way to move them without configuring them all over again?

    3. Adjust your preference.
