Cache Drive "unmountable" - No File System (32)

Featured Replies

Hello All,

Just last night my Unraid machine became unresponsive, but I was able to reboot thru the GUI. When the machine came back on, #1 of 2 Cache drives was not available. I opened up the box  to see if there was a loose cable; I wiggled them around just to make sure they were tight (nothing seemed to be loose), then restarted the machine. Now the #1 Cache drive was available, and I started the Array as usual, but received an error that stated "**** cache (Patriot_Torch_CF8E075C04EE02342233) has file system errors (No file system (32)) ****", and also see that the drive is now "unmountable".

Any ideas on what could be the issue?

Disconnect the cable from the SSD that dropped offline last nigh and try with just the other one connected, if it works you'll need to wipe and re-add the other device, if not see the FAQ to try and recover your data before re-doing the pool:
