I'm not happy with the performance of my Windows 10 VM so I am going to start over giving it a dedicated SSD and a better graphics card than I originally used.

What graphics card would someone recommend for no gaming -- some youtube / plex client video watching -- but generally 100% office apps mostly graphic based -- Corel Draw and some Adobe. The VM has two 2560x1440 and a possibility of a third monitor in the future.
