BT Sync setup issues / error messages

Hello, I've recently swapped out cache drive and rebuilding UnRaid, in the main the other dockers and VM's working ok. But BT Sync I cant seem to get work properly, attached are some screen shots showing config & error messages i'm seeing - any guidance please?

Its the ampersand in the path that's messing things up.  Beyond giving it a different share to use, I'll try and come up with a work around tonight, and post a defect report if necessary.

@squid Appreciate the effort. I created a new folders for my pictures / Documents with no ampersands. and re-attached btsync and all works fine now. (yes I made sure crashplan backup can see see folder names) I ow you a beer my friend! ... or 5 :-)
