It says i have errors with the HDD, how do i correct this?

    Replace disk1:

      

    197 Current_Pending_Sector  0x0032   001   001   000    Old_age   Always       -       65535
198 Offline_Uncorrectable   0x0030   200   200   000    Old_age   Offline      -       1

    That pending sector number is bogus but it does look like a disk problem:
