WebGUI not accesible anymore

Featured Replies

Hey,

Decided to try out unraid for my new (old) server.

Have been using the trial version for a few days now and so far it looks promising.

Installed plugins and read some guides etc. Everything was going fine until yesterday, when I couldn't access the webgui anymore.

All the server was doing was preclearing a few disk using the plugin. I logged in occasionally to see the status of the preclear with the webgui, no problem.

Suddenly I can't connect to the webgui anymore. I can still Putty in and i see the flash drive in Windows network shares.

The HDDs that were doing a preclear are still very much doing something. (the indicator light for the lights is constantly on and the power usage indicates that they are busy.

I have attached my diagnostics zip file; in case it's necessary.

There are issues with one of your disks:

Thanks for the quick reply.

Could this be the cause?

The respective disk is still active (preclearing I guess)

Should I just wait? or unplug the disk, restart the server?

Check the status of preclear by typing preclear in the console.

I typed preclear and 1 disk had 136 pending sectors and it went down with 135 after the first cycle (did 3 passes) Other 2 still going strong.

The fourth disk had pre-read verification success, step 2 of 6 Erasing in progress it says.  But the disk itself isn't doing anything and I don't see a % done like the others disks.
