Just popping in to ask about the Docker Volume vs File System problem Ive seen mentioned in the past. I switched to File System image recently, and noticed that my /storage mount is now missing, just like mentioned in other comments. Curious if a workaround has been found to work, or if I need to go back to a docker image for it to work properly again.

Does an expired maintenance license impact in anyway the ability for this docker to be updated? Will something stop working once my yearly maintenance plan expires? 

 

I also noticed that MSP360 is getting greedy and changed the licensing model to a yearly subscription. For now if you purchased a once off license before 1 Dec 2021 you are ok.

 

"As of December 1, 2021, MSP360 changes the CloudBerry Backup licensing policy from perpetual license to the annual subscription model. Perpetual licenses purchased prior to December 1, 2021, will stay active along with the possibility to purchase the annual maintenance"

That's a good question... The only thing I managed to find about it is this article which didn't really help:

My maintenance license is expiring within a month so I guess I'll find out after that once the docker gets an update.

Hi, this has been working flawlessly for a while but today I tried to open the webGUI and I get no response. Here are the logs if that helps. I'm happy to prove other port mappings if that helps. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The maintenance license only allows you to get support from code42, but doesn't prevent the software from working.  It's not the same thing as the license key, which is needed to unlock the software.

So, it's very odd, but cloudberry has just started working fine again. At the time, the SSD was hot cos transcoding was happening as well, so I wonder if that had anything to do with it. But irrespective, the issue seems fixed.

Hi Guys, 

 

I've been using Cloudberry for a while on my unraid installation and in the past few months im running into an option with jobs failing. 

 

I think this is down to the disk on my unraid server are spundown. The cloudberry app does not seem to force, or ask unraid to spin up the array disks where my files are. This means the job usually fails. 

 

If i manually spin up all the disks and run the job it completes no problem. 

 

Is there a way around this? i don't really want to keep the drives spun up 24/7 as it gets too warm in the location i have my server.

I am having the same issue as lamp. Today I checked the web ui and it is giving me a "Server Disconnected Code 1006" error on the red x.

Hey everyone!

 

The app version in my docker container reads 3.3.2.22 from within the app webUI (which is up-to-date according to Docker), however the MSP360's current version is 4.0.0.260.  I've tried running the "check for updates" within the webUI, but it just hangs on "updating...please wait.". 

Is there a way for me to successfully update this app to the current version?

The Docker image needs to be updated.  I'm working on this.

Hello,   

 

I'm trying to revisit Cloudberry container after trying other solutions a while back.   I'm able to get the container running, but when I click through to use the home free version, enter my email, and then click finish... it stalls, and then pops up a HTTP error.    I'm not sure what missed.   Any Suggestions?

I have gotten the Linux licenses from here and setup new unRAID backups since.

The problem is that the docker container isn't pointed to this.... so you can't get past the initial screen where it asks for an email address.

When you click "download now" it brings you to a site where it says "Download and install the full version" that does nothing here. Seems like cloudberry is dead
