/boot missing when woke up from sleeping

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I have been using unraid for a couple of years and really enjoy it as NAS and media server. Last night when I was experimenting S3 sleep and WOL on a test machine, I noticed my /boot was gone every time it woke up. It seems the boot flash changes device name from sda to sdf for some reason. I had to manually mount the flash to /boot again to get it working. Did anyone experience the same issue? or is it a hardware thing? My test machine is very old though, it is an acer easystore h342 with 2 GB of ram, the unraid was the latest 6.3.3 with couple of up-to-date plugins.

Thanks in advance.

You ended up with this posted in the wrong sub-forum.  IT should be in the support forum.  Perhaps, one of the moderators will be kind enough to move it for you.  You should also attach a diagnostics file with your next post.

EDIT: also post up the version that you are using...
