unable to create folder on user share from windows

I'm not sure what started this, but lately, I'm not able to create a folder on some of my user shares.  Some still let me.  I can't seem to find a reason, or pattern.

 

What else can I provide to help troubleshoot?

    How was the parent folder created?  By yourself or via some docker application?  Probably a permission issue, and Docker Safe New Permissions should fix you up
