May 20, 20179 yr I'm unable to access the server remotely, this includes: logging into the web interface and using PuTTY to try and connect to the command line remotely. However I am able to access the console directly with a monitor and keyboard. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
May 20, 20179 yr Log in and type diagnostics at the command line. Then upload the resulting file will be saved on the flash drive (logs folder). Odds though is that your NIC isn't supported or you have a cabling issue

May 21, 20179 yr Community Expert From the command line, try this command: ls -al /boot The list will be alphabetical and you should find an entry named logs/ If that works, type ls -al /boot/logs Do you see any files with diagnostics as a part of a file name in that listing? That is the file we are asking you to post.
