log percentage reported incorrectly

I noticed today that the dashboard is showing my log at 27% full. I decided to see what was filling it so I D/L'd the diagnostics but the log is actually only 285KB with a little over 3500 lines. Is dashboard reporting for a different log?

    It's reporting the percent used of the /var/log.

    df /var/log

    du /var/log

    Thanks. Just rebooted to apply the samba patch. I'll have to keep an eye on it to see if it starts to fill again.
