JorgeB
OK, there's no extra character, it's because you have spaces in the vdisk name, not sure why optimizing is not working for you, AFAIK you are the first one to complain of that. Link to comment

Could i simply change the vdisk file name like joonas_windows_10.vdisk ? And show my vm what is the vdisk's new name? Link to comment
JorgeB
Yes, but the spaces shouldn't be causing any issues, I just though I had seen an extra character but it's harder to analyze on the diags. Link to comment

Okey! I will test same procedure to my another win10 vm... Link to comment
JQNE
With my work windows10 vm it works just as you described. And I instantly released some 30Gb of space, awesome! I still wonder what to do with my game vm which had trimming unavailable. And windows Scheduled optimization can be turned off? The code added to xml seems to do that part automaticly? Did i understand that right...? 🤔 But thanks johnnie.black for your help so far! Link to comment
