May 30, 20179 yr So I've been trying to get my unraid setup running on an enterprise network provided by my university (I am just a student here), and i am unable to figure out how to authenticate myself on the network. Any ideas? Cheers!

How about spooling up a pfsense box and use that to authenticate, or a windows box with a second ethernet bridged to the authenticated interface? What other computer restrictions are you dealing with? I'm sure if you outline what you are allowed and not allowed to do we can get you a workable option. I suspect what actually isn't allowed is rebroadcasting wifi, not specifically routers.

I assume that the windows option is okay, but i know for a fact that adding another router is not allowed.

Get a cheap wireless router and connect it to phone and run cable to server. Enable, activate, disable. Rinse/repeat next time.Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using Tapatalk
