Debian VM wont Install

I am trying to install a Debian VM using the debian-8.7.1-i386-netinst iso. I used the debain template and selected the iso but when I start the machine it goes to the shell but the install does not start.

    Start a new one and select it before saving. Once saved, you can't switch. That is by design.
