Unable to Connect

Featured Replies

Hi,

I just upgraded my processor from a G3220 to an i7-4790K in my unraid box.  I had a little troubleshooting involved as I had to update the bios before it would boot to the new chip.  During that time I had unhooked some hard drives thinking it could've been a power issue if I was close.  I also unhooked the USB dongle.  To my knowledge doing those things did not effect what's happening right now.

Once I got the bios updated and the system booted it takes me to the Tower: login screen in the unraid system.  My problem is that is when I go to 10.194.51.201 (static ip address for tower) it refuses to connect.  I'm able to ping the system from the computer I'm trying to access it from without any loss.  I also tried to go to tower.local from my iphone the way I did before and nothing happens as well.  I can also see from the unraid text that it does get the IP address with no issue.

I removed the static mapping in my pfsense router and the same thing happened when I went to the new IP it pulled.  Just trying to make sense of why I can't connect.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jon

Might be the config/ssl & config/ssh files corrupted on the flash drive.  Delete the contents contained and reboot.  (They'll get regenerated)  (Assuming of course that you didn't also change the motherboard - if you did, then log in locally, type in diagnostics and post the resulting file here)

I left for work already but I will try that when I get home. I did not change the motherboard, just the cpu.
