June 3, 20179 yr Since the last time I ran the Permission Tool I'm having issues with Plex. I have 3 folders which are used by plex. My movies and photos play perfect, but my shows aren't buffering/transcoding for some reason. Some low mins (~20) do play from time to time, but in 9/10 times it isnt working. I checked the logs and I found this message: err: shfs_rmdir: rmdir: path/PlexMediaServer/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Cache/Transcode/Sessions/plex-transcode-.... (39) Directory not empty I removed the folder, but no result. Any idea on how to fix this?
June 4, 20179 yr Check your paths in the Plex docker template. Try setting /config to be /mnt/cache/appdata/... instead of /mnt/user/appdata/... 15 hours ago, Tha_soh said: Since the last time I ran the Permission Tool Don't ever run that tool if you have docker applications installed. Don't ever run that tool if you have docker applications installed. June 5, 20179 yr Author I got it working. I installed Plex from another repo, changed the path to the solution above and ran the tool. A big thanks! Edited June 5, 20179 yr by Tha_soh
