Not bootable after update

I've had my UnRaid for a couple years and done the OS updates from another computer successfully. But twice, I've had to pull the computer out of the rack and unplug the flash drive the run the executable file "Make Bootable". Is that supposed to run automatically after the OS is updated?

    I just ran the latest update from inside the GUI and now my flash drive won't boot.

    Have tried make bootable in my windows machine twice but it still won't get recognized as a proper boot device.

    Did something break with this update?
