June 5, 20179 yr I have been receiving this error in my windows 10 VM. libusb: error [submit_bulk_transfer] submiturb failed error -1 errno=28 It pops up repeatedly and my keyboard flickers off and on and is unresponsive. This seems to also make the mouse skip when it seems to be trying to reconnect. I have tried the usb hotplug plugin and it does not seem to make any difference if I attach and reattach. Am I just out of luck and need to use a different keyboard. That seems to be the general consensus I see on the forums. Either get a different device or passthrough an entire usb controller. passing through a full controller is not an option for me as I do not have any additional PCIE's available. I am trying to assign the device directly to the windows 10 vm. If you need any more information I can gladly provide it. I have been troubleshooting this for a while and can't seem to crack it.
