120 disk errors on Disk 4

120 disk errors on Disk 4… but 0 Sync Errors on parity check. They all seem to be read errors. It's been years since this has happened.
I did one a few days ago with 0 disk errors, though I did shut down using the power button and must have held it too long and when I rebooted it wanted to do a parity check which is why I'm running run now.
Any Ideas? Should I rebuild to the same drive?
