June 7, 20179 yr Author I figured it out, the SWAPFILE Plugin causes this error on 6.40 but not 6.3.5. Disabled the plugin rebooted and all seems to be working now. Sorry for the trouble.
June 11, 20179 yr I am having the same issue, for the record (but with /dev/sdc causing the error). How should I go about disabling the plugin since the WebGUI isn't accessible?
