[Solved] Blank add shares page issue

I dont know when this issue started happening as I almost never add shares.  But I did go to this page today, Shares tab->Add share, and it just shows as blank.  Also the shares page shows no shares when I know I have some.

 

Where would I even start to go about tracking down this problem?

    I would have never guessed that.  I had not checked the FAQ in a while.  My old ad blocker (adBlock) didnt cause this problem ubt i recently switched to uBlock.
