SMART failures?

So I had my raid turned off for a few months. I just booted it back up and 2 of my drives are reporting SMART failures reports saying to replace the drives.

 

1 is my Parity drive and also a drive in the array. How should I go about repairing/replacing the drives?

 

Should add a new parity drive and rebuild? Then replace the failing drive in the array? Or somehow backup and replace the drive in the array?
