Settings -> VM Manager -> Libvirt storage location

That needs to be a file, e.g., /mnt/user/libvirt.img, you currently have a folder

Aha,tnx.

Can i create a new or do i need to find this file on the system somwhere?

You can create a new one but will lose all VM templates (you can still recreate them and use the existing vdisks) or point to the old one location.
