June 19, 20179 yr I upgraded from 6.2.4 to 6.3.5 a few days ago, and everything seemed fine. However, last night after using Plex to watch a movie I pressed the power button to initiate shutdown process as I normally do. However, this morning I noticed the server was still on. The UI Main screen shows the array is stopped, and clicking the power down button shows the "Shutting down" screens but the system stays on. I can even restart the array, but neither the physical power switch nor the UI Power Down button do nothing. June 20, 20179 yr Dunno why it didn't shut down. You can from a command prompt enter in powerdown But with the array stopped, it *should* be ok to force a shutdown.
