No web access to VMs

Featured Replies

Hi, I have an issue accessin the web services on two VMs I have setup. I have two VMs, one running Wordpress and another running Ubiquiti's Unifi NVR software. Both are accessed via a web browser and both have been functioning fine for weeks. Tonight I shutdown my unraid server to add more RAM (VMs have been hungry!). All the RAM was recognized and the system booted but I never got the notification that the NVR reconnected. Upon digging a little bit I can't access anything from either server through a browser. Both are running off Ubuntu which I can VNC through unraid to access and also SSH to them directly. They both are running bridged to my network and have their own 192.168.1.xxx address.

I did install ubuntu desktop on the wordpress instance and I can access the content via the loopback address. I also did a quick install of Ubuntu and installed the LAMP services and I'm able to access the default apache page via it's IP.

I'm a little lost on what happened and how to fix and would appreciate any help.

I'm not sure of your network configuration, but try:

sudo ifconfig -a - you should see your network adapters here. You're looking for ens0p1, probably. Or something like that.

sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces - is your required interface listed in this file?
