Docker update page blank..

Featured Replies

When updating any of my dockers, the pages appear blank until the docker has been completely updated.  I THINK this started with RC5, but it's still present on my system in RC6.  Occasionally you'll get a screen with some of the data on it, but it's static, and doesn't change until after the update is completed (when the 'DONE' button appears).  Previous versions would show the download percentages of each part of the docker, as well as the extraction messages as it went.

I'm also not seeing a 'DONE' button on the update of the Preclear plugin, once it's completed, you have to hit the X on the window to clear it, instead of the 'DONE' button on all other plugins when they are completed.

Has anybody else seen this behavior?

Yes, I have seen similar behavior as described. I did not pay attention to what device I was using when I saw it however. I use IPAD/Safari and Windows 10/Google Chrome.

@heffe2001 I've seen the preclear plugin behavior that you are describing -- but this seems to be more of an issue with how the plugin performs its updates rather than the norm (or a new issue).

I primarily use Chrome, and that's where I've seen the issue.  I'll try it with an alternate browser next time I see an update and see if it's chrome related or not.

I'm going to assume you're right on this, as it seems to be consistently the preclear plugin that does this.  I'll post over on the support thread for it here shortly.
