Dockers seem to become unresponsive all of a sudden

I'm having a weird issue with some docker containers that I can't seem to track down... and honestly have no idea how to solve other than wiping it and doing a clean install which in this case I'd rather not do.

I first noticed it a few weeks ago with the Headphones container. I hadn't used it in a long while but when I went to check something I couldn't access the webui. Just got an "Unable to connect" error message on both Chrome and Firefox as if the URL didn't lead anywhere. I didn't change anything or tweaked with it in any way, it just happened.

I tried restarting the docker, changing the ports, rebooting the entire unraid server and nothing so I ended up uninstalling it and reinstalling it again and it worked.

Now this happened again with sabnzbd.

Last night I put a ton of stuff to download there and when I came back most of it hadn't finished. Tried to go into the WebUI and got the same message again. Here's a screenshot. This is with the binhex/arch-sabnzbdvpn container.

I tried restarting the container, rebooting the sever, SSHing into unraid and manually killing the container and launching it again, changing the ports... no luck and I really don't want to have to re-install and configure everything again.

Any idea what I could try or what I could look into?

What do I need to do to make a backup of all the container settings and stuff to try a reinstall and then maybe restore everything?.
